Tuesday 10-30: commenting in Libre Calc

OK folks, second to last thing: selecting cells to insert comment tags.

A comment tag is a little extra info that you can apply to selected cells. For example, you can leave yourself a note explaining why you made a certain column heading in the first place.

When you create a comment in a cell, it places a little red checkmark in the corner of the cell. If you do a mouse hover over that red spot, it will show the comment

To make a comment, simply right click on any selected cell, then in the menu that springs up, click on "insert comment". Type in your comment then hit enter

So let's do that right now: insert at least ten comments on any ten cells in your spreadsheet

when you are done, your work must be handed in either by email attachment or on a flash drive

cheers,
Mr. L
