Thursday 12 - 6: A "How To" slideshow , part 6

OK, for our last trick of the day, we are now going to apply yet another "special effect" --- ANIMATIONS.

They're actually not that hard to do.... however, you DO need something to apply them to, which is why you had to have words and pictures in your slideshow for this to work at all.

So here's what you do:

A)  right click on any image or text block in any slide, then click on the menuitem called  "Custom Animation", like so:

B) This should open the "Animation" panel on the right side of the screen, like so:

C) Very simply, you click the ADD button, then apply an animation

D) repeat for all other images and text blocks on that slide. You can change the order of animation (which one animates first and so forth), the speed of the animation, and so on

E) Repeat for all other images and text on all slides

Upload the file to Box.com when you are finished, or when the class is about to end
